Welcome to The White Tiger!
In the time of British Raj, the Maharaja of Rewa conjured up the vision of a
white tiger. He pursued his dream with a passion. Over the years, he was able to breed a cub whose main
coat was no longer the rufous orange, but an eggshell white. The black stripes endured. It had ice-blue
eyes and had a kittenish and mild disposition, even as it stood aloof and inquistive.
Today, the white tiger stands as a symbol of one man's passion for perfection and with only a handful of
the species in the world, it is truly a rarity. In keeping with the evolution and characteristics of the
white tiger, the staff and management at this restaurant are dedicated to the spirit of perfection and
strive to offer our patrons unique Indian cuisine prepared with exotic spices and using the purest of ingredients.
